FAQ
I can not connect to the Internet. It keeps asking for my password over and over........When logging in make sure in the username box you have your username and domain typed correctly. If your user name is johndoe in the username box you should have johndoe@magnolia-net.com. All characters should be lower case. NO capitals. Make sure your caps lock button on your keyboard is not on. Also make sure your password is typed correctly with no spaces or capital letters. Since your password is hidden sometimes it will help to delete all **** in the password box and retype your password. Lastly you will receive this error if your account has been suspended due to non-payment or is in use at another location. If you have given your account information to someone else and they are connected you will not be able to log in.
My password is only 5 characters long why are there so many **** in the password box?..........This is a security measure with Windows XP. It does not care how many characters are in you password it will fill the password box with ****. This will prevent someone from looking at your connect box and knowing exactly how many characters your password contains.

I keep getting email not addressed to me..........This is spam (junk mail) Spammer's use many tricks to to get there email past our filters. The email was actually sent to your address along with thousands of others, but yours and all the other address are hidden. Just delete the email.
I get lots of junk mail. I click the link and tell then to unsubscibe me but it doesn't seem to help...........NEVER click the unsubscribe link in a junk email. Not only will this never get you removed but it will tell the spammer that your address is a working email and they will sell that address to other spammers and you will start to receive more and more. Ignore the message and delete it is about all you can do.
I get tons of spam(junk email) what can I do to stop some this..........Magnolia Internet give all our users free customizable junk mail protection, but you have to take a moment to set up your filters to your needs. The first step is to log into your "Spam and Virus Message Center" Use your full email address and password all lower case to log in. Once you are in the Spam and Virus Message Center click the link near the top of the page that says "Junk Email Settings" Here you can set your filters to your liking from Lenient to Aggressive. The higher you have them set the more junk mail it will catch. We suggest you check your quarantined messages close for a week or two to make sure it is not catching good emails. If it is add that person to your approved senders list and where there mail will always be delivered. If someone is sending you emails you don't want but don't want to hurt their feelings you can add them to your Blocked senders list and you will never get another email from them again.
