Simply click on the link below for detailed billing information.Once you have accessed the database you may check your balance, see if a payment has been posted and view invoice information. New customers will not be able to access account information till the end of the month you sign up in. Also at the bottom of this page you may download forms for automatic bank draft or automatic credit card payments.

If you email is johndoe@magnolia-net.com use only johndoe in the Login box and then your Magnolia Internet password in the password box. Please make sure your username and password are all lower case. (No Capitals)

Billing Policy
Magnolia Internet's billing period is from 1st of the month thru the last day of the month. You will receive an invoice between the 25th and 29th of the month. Payment is due in full by the 10th of the following month. Any payments not received by the 10th are considered delinquent and account subject to be put on hold or cancelled until payment is received. You pay at the first of the month to use the service that month. Your invoice will say service extended through the 10th. This means we will not disconnect your service before the 10th of the month (your due date). Should you cancel your account it will be disconnected on the last day of the month. Service will not be left on until the 10th.
Accounts that are put on hold or cancelled are subject to a possible reconnect fee of $10.00 Accounts that are late are subject to a late fee of $3.00 Please make every effort to pay you bill promptly. Should your account be cancelled for nonpayment, you are still responsible for the balance of this account. All accounts not paid in full after 30 days of cancellation will be turned over to our collection agency and collection charges could be added to your total amount due.
Magnolia Internet offers several way to pay your monthly bill. By default you will receive an invoice via email at your magnolia-net.com email address on or around the 28th of each month. If you prefer to use another email account such as Yahoo or Hotmail that is fine just call our office and let us know which email address to send the statement to. Keep in mind there are times when emails are lost or accidentally deleted from your computer or hard copy mail is lost in transit. It is your responsibility to assure payment is made regardless if you receive an invoice or not. Should you not receive an invoice please call our office and request another copy be sent The easiest way to make your payment though is via automatic bank draft, credit card, or debit card. You may download authorization forms near bottom of this page. We will automatically make your monthly payments for you on or around the 3rd of each month. Using this method assures you that your Internet access will not be interrupted because you forgot to mail in your payment. You may also request a hardcopy invoice be mailed to you. Should you elect this invoicing method you will be invoiced for two months of service at a time. You will be invoiced 6 times each year. Once invoiced you may mail in your payment to our office.

Remember....We are happy to accept your personal checks, however please make sure there is money in the account when making a payment. All checks that are returned for insufficient funds or the bank account being closed will be charged a $25.00 return fee.
Should you ever need to cancel your account with Magnolia Internet you MUST do so in writing (emails are fine) Specify the date that you would like account to be cancelled, your email address and home address. Any cancellation requests made after the first of the month can be cancelled immediately, but user will still owe their normal monthly charge. If you need to cancel your account please do so before the 1st of the month.
